Learning to leave duality behind

So many lessons we all have to learn these days. It’s a great deal of work and takes a great deal of awareness to get this mission accomplished.  It is an everyday devotion we must make to ourselves and to the oneness of the world. I don’t think a lot of people grasp the reality that what we do for ourselves we do for the rest of humanity as well. This is why if we are going to awaken humanity in time to save ourselves we better begin within ourselves and work outward. One of the biggest battles I think we have to overcome is our relationship with duality. It is ingrained in our being and a difficult thought process to get beyond. I work at all this stuff a lot and still I find myself slipping back into it and must extricate myself and start over. The process never ends and because of this it seems best to find ways to add interest to the otherwise never-ending task of betterment. I prefer to create a challenge out of it all. I really enjoy to challenge myself, it sets me in motion and creates something to work towards, a job to be accomplished. Duality has been my biggest undertaking. We are surrounded by it on a daily basis. We have been taught since early on that there are good and bad things, you have day and night, happy and sad, up or down. The list is endless and while we need duality to a certain degree we must learn to see its pitfalls and avoid them at all costs. Especially today, it is ripe with pitfalls due to what is going on in the world. Black or white, big or little we have to get a handle on duality.

I read so many fear filled articles and posts about what the Government is doing to all of us. It has become for so many an ‘Us versus Them’ scenario. That is such dangerous and divided thinking and it is easy to fall into. There really isn’t an Us versus Them. We are all one just experiencing life at different stages of our evolution. We all go through these stages, from deep in the darkness to shimmering in the light. We must not condemn those that are still in the early stages of developing, instead we must offer them a hand up to the light, show them the way, through our own actions. It is really hard to do this. it is easy to blame someone else for all the turmoil, but the truth of the matter is we all allowed this to happen to ourselves. We chose the fall asleep when the good times were rolling, we checked out of reality and tossed the keys to Washington. It’s even harder to have to swallow that truth for many. If we allow ourselves to lay blame on others we are at the same time saying there is nothing we can do about the situation because it is being created by someone else. We cannot give away our power like that. The responsibility is partially ours as well and there is indeed something we can do about it. If we had the power to help create the mess we are in then we must have the same power to get ourselves out! We must not forget these things and fall into apathy and despair. That will do nothing productive for anybody. We must all come together in oneness and raise up the consciousness of humanity. That is the only way we are going to get out of this mess. It was Albert Einstein I believe that said you cannot solve the problems before you with the same minds that created them. We must change our minds and then and only then, can we change our world and end our problems. We must begin by ending the duality thinking  of Us versus Them and understand we are all one going through the same earth experiences as one another, just in different stages of evolution. We must offer a hand up to those following behind us and help to bring them into the light where they can see things anew.

Blessings to you all.
