US Court Rules Against Reclassification of Marijuana

jury nullification weed (2)http://www.activistpost.com

This is very disappointing, then again so much is that is going on these days. I had hoped we had moved ahead and raised our consciousness more by now. The powerful health benefits of marijuana are well known and documented, so this is just one more way we see our own Government going against it’s own people.

No matter.. won’t change a thing by me. :)
Besides.. I cringe to think how the gov would f it up if they could. At least this way we know it is almost chemical free. When Monsanto starts selling pot seeds… then we have to worry!!

Scary thought of it being in the hands of Monsatan….

    • Raven says:

Yes Skyz, you are so right. Monsanto would be handed another patent on nature and then turn around and sue everyone for stealing their crap GMO seeds. I’m not disappointed in the least, in fact I’m relieved. We don’t need no stinkin’ validation from a corrupt court and their “well-controlled” studies. We’ve done all the testing required on our own for decades and the results are confirmed for all to see. They can adjudicate and appeal and yada yada until the cows come home but that won’t change what we all know to be the simple truth: marijuana is a healing herb and a gift from Gaia. I would never expect some corrupt judge presiding over a kangaroo court to get this and the parties to this action are wasting their time trying.

Yes it is!!! In more ways than one. I had really hoped we had gotten beyond such small thinking.

    Wow, that IS disappointing.
