In many of my posts I speak about how we should heal our issues within to clear space for accepting more love in your life. I wonder if people wonder how to do that? It requires being the witness to your life. Watching what you say, what you do, what you think. Sounds kind of overwhelming I know, but once you train yourself to do this, it becomes automatic. Watching what you say is critical for our world to move forward. It is imperative we understand the power of our words and the harm they can inflict. If you catch yourself about to critisize someone, gossip about someone, complain and see only the negative in something, say something hateful, stop! If you halt the process you halt adding negative energy out into the universe for others to encounter. Think before you act was something I remember hearing while growing up and it is so true. Do you make the effort to extend yourself to someone else when they are in need or do you avoid the situation altogether? Do you offer a smile or a hello to perfect strangers and lift them up just a little? Do you ever offer the parking space you were about to take to someone who looks frazzled? All of the energies those positive acts put out into the universe reverses a whole host of negative energy people elsewhere are putting out. If we were all doing it the energy in the universe would be pulsating with love. Thinking negatively is equally as damaging because what you think in your mind later manifests as your reality. If you want to live a happy, free-flowing life then you have to make the effort to clean up your thoughts. If everything in your life is going wrong it is time to inspect your thoughts and attitude. With a little effort you can change that reality. All of the work we should be doing within ourselves just requires a little effort and a space of our own to be quiet in and contemplate on how we can improve our situation.
Do you have a space of your own where you can go to be quiet, that is cozy and makes you feel good while you are there? It is well worth it to create such a space. If you’ve had or are having a bad day lets say, go there and be still. Think about all the events that have shaped your day and ask yourself how much of them were created by you. How could you have done things differently. Blaming others does nothing for your self growth, while being honest with yourself elcelerates your growth tremendously. Try to look at the bigger picture instead of concentrating on one small isolated incident. In all bad comes a little good is my favorite thought to always remember. What may seem terrible or tragic in that moment may well provide you with something far greater somewhere down the road. Trying to figure out the good that can come out of the situation not only helps you to stay positive but it also keeps you occupied and your mind can’t wander off and find self pity. Actually taking the time to work with your life and create it as you desire can be a challenge but one that is so satisfying and your end results will be so rewarding. As you grow and expand outward in your awareness, your life will begin to change and the new energy you put out into the universe begins to shift the world as well. That is the key to everything for us to realize. We as individuals make a difference to the whole world as hard as that is to contemplate, but we do. If our energy is good we are helping reverse someone elses negative energy they are radiating. If we all begin to make the effort to live with intention how different our world will be. So go create a small quiet space for yourself, make it as elaborate as you wish and begin to make the effort to spend time there being the witness to your life, being honest with yourself and making a heart felt effort to put forth your best for yourself and for the world. Good luck!
Blessings to you all,
