A good question to contemplate is this: How strong are your roots? How firm is your foundation? It means a great deal in how well we handle the upcoming shift. We need to be rooted securely so we are able to welcome in new ideas and ways of being. We can longer cling on to the old ways, they are outdated and not aligned with the heart. It is all about our hearts and our love, being open to receive and offer it to others as well. If our foundations are not strong, our roots not deep, then we do not have the strength to forge ahead into new territories. We cling to what is familiar for security and safety. That in itself is an illusion, for the safety does not come from outside but from within. If you feel secure in who you are, if your roots are strong from courage and conviction, shifting into new ways of being will come to you without fear, without clinging. You will be open and waiting for whatever comes along. It takes courage to look at the reality of today, of the lies we have been fed, the corruption that has permeated our very existence. To go forward we must be strong enough to see the truth and accept the lie of everything that was. For many to release something they need something to replace it with, for that aides in the process by giving you something to go towards with certainty instead of walking blindfolded into the unknown . It is like that precarious moment when you cross a stream and you are midway. You have one foot on the shore and one foot on a rock in the middle but you are not anchored securely to either space. So if you are afraid to let go of the life you have known, create the new one you wish to go towards. Find it, seek it out, and that can only be done by accepting the truth and releasing denial. People all over the world are facing mega lies and dealing with it by coming together and opening their hearts to spirit and love. There is a spark of truth about it somewhere deep within them buried yet they can feel its warmth and sincerity. They know there is truth within that spark and they are reaching out to it and allowing it to guide them forward through the haze of illusion we have all been lost in. The old way of life has no love, it is cold and cruel and divides the world through lies. Your spirit within knows you no longer wish to be part of that sadness and despair. It is igniting your spark so you will feel it and listen to it and follow it wherever it may lead you. It takes courage and faith in your roots to move forward. You may well feel alone at times but if you reach out to others you will quickly see you are not standing all alone.
For those who might be saying how do I strengthen my roots and my foundation I would have to say this. Your foundation is what you believe in with all of your heart, it is your convictions about life, about who you are as a person. So go deep and find out who that person is. What are your values? What is it that defines who you are? When you know these things you have your foundation to build upon. Believing in yourself and your convictions is what brings strength to your roots. The deeper you believe in who you are and what you stand for and where you want to go in your life, the deeper your roots plant themselves into the soil beneath your foundation. The spiritual road is a powerful road to go down and will help to strengthen both. It is a humble road, a welcoming road, a loving road, a road that holds great meaning and we all know today’s world is sorely lacking meaning. Life is nothing without meaning. That is why I always urge you to question everything. Find the meaning in life and hold on tight for the ride of your life. It’s electric!
