Why Connecting Within Is So Important!

Music to read by below:

Often times I will mention in my postings about how to chisel away at our issues so we can get to the core issue that is crying for attention. That is the heart of all that is and if you can heal the core the outer failings will blow away. They are all one and the same. I think a great many people don’t grasp the importance of self as they so often say ” what can I do?” Everything would be my reply. Clearing out issues within is so important because we need that space those issues take up to house the love we are learning to embrace in our lives. Issues take up so much precious space and so much of our critical energy, they deaden our capacity to love, they steal our attention as well as our intentions and they harbor defeat and disillusionment within. Issues can be beneficial when we take notice of them and work on them and then release them. They offer valuable lessons we can learn and grow from. It is the holding on to them and not healing them that is so self-destructive to ourselves and society.

So why is learning how to be in our heart and feeling love for all, so important to the world? I will use an example to explain what I mean. We look around at our world right now and see flames and smoke of a world in ruin by the dark ones. We all talk about it, we all try in small ways to bring attention to what needs our help but it never seems to go any further. So many times I am frustrated by this and keep asking why we were not seeing clearer action. I often hear that the fluoride is dumbing us all down( and it is! ) or that we are distracted by trivial matters ( and we are! ) but still that was not the CORE I was looking for! So what is the core? In my mind I see that core reason nothing is being done is because we are not connected to our hearts closely enough yet.

In order to create strong emotions, strong enough to activate forward motion, we must feel moved within and in order to feel moved within we must be centered in our hearts and able to feel compassion for all others. I think many get this , I have no doubts about that, my question is are they getting it with their minds or with their hearts? Understanding and reacting from our intellect will produce little change. It is only when we act from our hearts through true compassion and caring because we embody love, that we can create true change in what we see all around us. One must first be able to care with deep passion and when that occurs, that passion will drive the movement forward to see that change takes place!

I think a great many people are intellectually on the same page of this grand shift taking place, but not enough are centered in their hearts to where they are being emotionally moved into action. We all know that old saying “My heart just isn’t into it”. So many of those old quotes had so much truth to them, but for some reason we didn’t fully grasp their meaning. I truly get the meaning of this quote now. If you are not feeling deeply from your heart you are not being moved to do whatever it is you are meant to be doing.

This is why clearing out our issues and learning how to live from our hearts not our heads is so important to EVERYTHING! It will require our passion and compassion to be moved by the sad destruction of our world enough to activate and create change. We have to FEEL the sadness of what is taking place, not only our own sadness, but feel the sadness of all others who are being affected by what is occurring. At times my heart gets stuck wide open I think because I cannot observe much of what is taking place without buckets of tears and a very heavy heart. At times it is overwhelming. Our next task, it would seem, is to figure out how to take these deep feelings and put them into action. We are only part way there yet I think. We need to figure out this final step and then set about helping to save ourselves.

Blessings to us all,

  1. It’s unfortunate but it’s true that it takes a lot to move most people into new action that makes a difference. Most people are complacent about their diet, for example, unless they’re threatened with gall bladder surgery (just found this out about an acquaintance of mine…) So he’s going to go on a paleolithic diet (no grains, no processed foods at all), and he said he’s beginning right before surgery. Why didn’t he do this sooner to avoid the surgery and removal of his gall bladder altogether?
The same thing with “spiritual” things. Most people don’t follow their inner guidance unless they’re really in trouble and know they NEED to do something new (and even then many will try to avoid it).

We have all ventured so far off our path that it will take some serious work to get back on the right path. We will do it though come hell or high water. Always we will keep pressing onward! Blessings….VK

  4. You are so right here VK, we are at the moment ‘Feeling’ those emotions ever more so, as we expose our hearts open to compassion, We are being shown the pain of the world and we are ‘Feeling’ it within our hearts..
This is a time where only by feeling can we then open up to heal those pains, not only our own but we are constantly being shown the pain of others…
Like you, I am in constant tears with stories around our world, even the planets own trauma is having those same reactions within as I feel our Earth’s pain…

To heal we first need to go within and confront our own energy and see the pain and reasons within our own selves.. Like you say.. It first has to start with Self.. only when we have learnt to heal ourselves can we hope to heal the world…

But I know we are reaching out ever further with our hearts now VK, as stories that unfold are creating Compassion to be unleashed… Many are finding tears now perhaps for the first time as they are learning to help open those energies around our Earth Mother… We are all linked together via our invisible threads, and we are now all of us weaving a new blanket around our world.. One that is more compassionate, one that will be more caring, and one that will help us see that we are no longer separate, but we are each of us connected and via our thoughts we in turn create our experience…

Let us understand that the more times we send out our caring thoughts of love and compassion, then the world will start to heal.. for it then creates more love..
Lets hope VK as we learn to connect inwardly we also connect our world via our thoughts to hold that Love vibration in a positive Light to embrace all in need…

Loved your words… Blessings … DW xxx

We are definitely getting it DW, but for the moment more with our minds than with our hearts I think. We will get there eventually. It is where we are meant to be going and there is no turning back. I know for a long time I thought I was getting it when I finally realized my head was getting it not my heart even though I felt loving. It is a bit deceiving. It takes some work to learn how to live from the heart because we spend so much time in our heads! But yes! We are indeed opening up around the world. I just want people to understand carefully so they don’t think they are in their hearts when they really aren’t. Thanks for popping in again. Love seeing you are hearing your thoughts. Have a great week and love the world….Hugs….VK xxoo
