I just wanted to share what I am doing to remain free of illness this winter, especially now with Ebola being allowed to proliferate because of sloppy procedures and lack of a strong protocol put forth for ALL hospitals. I can not agree at all with this ‘figure it out as we go along’ attitude. I understand why it is happening, to benefit the further agenda of the dark ones, but this is beyond comprehension. I do not understand how these minds can think and act the way they do. It surely is not the way the majority of the world thinks! So because of their actions it is up to all of us to make a concerted effort to keep ourselves healthy in body as well as mind.
I feel it is of utmost importance to build up our immunity so our bodies can fight off what ever illness comes our way. Don’t forget, with winter closing in we will all be in closed in spaces in close proximity to others where diseases can easily be transmitted. What we do for ourselves we must also do for our children! So begin right now to build up your families immune system. I will list a few supplements I have researched and take myself just to give you a place to start. It is essential that you make it a practice to do what’s best for not only you but all those around you. Don’t smoke, it destroys your health. Drink in moderation, get plenty of sleep, eat a diet of mainly organic(if possible) fresh fruit, fresh veggies and chicken, turkey or fish if the veggies are not enough for you, exercise daily if only for a short time to keep your lymph system flowing freely and removing toxins from your body.Wash your hands often, cover your mouth when you cough, drink lots of water ( Its been researched 1 qt. for every fifty pounds!) and above all stay away from stress (turn off the TV) and be happy.

Eating fresh foods is essential for good health as well. Organic is always preferred, if not that, at least GMO free foods! Read your labels.
