This picture struck me immediately when I saw it. I always listen closely to first impressions! This picture looks like a portrait of America. Everyone sitting around with mouths open and their hands out waiting to be fed and taken care of. We have become so dependent it is frightening. Slowly over time we have been handed more and more and had to do less and less for what we needed. It was all by design. People who care for themselves are far more trouble to control. But we MUST do for ourselves! We must break this dependency and go back to being independent and self-sufficient. Our very lives depend upon it. Everyone who can, should be growing their own food and don’t use the city as an excuse not to. There is also container gardening you can do and if there is no space for that, go out and find a vacant lot to grow food on to help the whole community. Where there is a will there is a way!

People who are dependent upon others for survival are vulnerable. In this day and age that is very dangerous. If you are dependent upon the government for food or health care lets say, both are a severe health hazard. To stay as healthy as possible requires us to either eat organic or grow our own food and use alternative medicines. Aside from health issues, doing these things is empowering and empowerment is something this world is way short on! It is time to empower ourselves, care for ourselves, and create for ourselves. Feeling good about ourselves and knowing we can rely upon ourselves are life altering feelings. If we feel good about ourselves very little can bother us, and we gain great strength within. Strong people make for a strong foundation and we sure want that!

Let us return to doing things for ourselves in as many ways possible. It is not only good for us but for the world. If we can do for ourselves the dark ones lose their control and if they lose control over us, they lose their power! It is a win-win situation all around as I see it. If we eat good and healthy food rather than the poison being sold in grocery stores we maintain good health and if we maintain good health we do not need their toxic medicines. We have become pretty lazy over the decades and many rarely even think for themselves anymore! Here we have the wonders of the internet which is a wealth of information and many don’t even research things let alone research for the truth of the world today!

We have been blessed with so many wonderful gifts but we must use them to receive their benefits. If we stay plugged into television and propaganda news everyday we will never know the truth or learn to think for ourselves. We must also learn to ask questions of everything, not just believe something we are told. There are a great many lies being told to us right now, so search for the truth of what you are being told! Don’t just accept things as truth, demand physical proof to verify what you are being told. Lies and deception are how the dark ones operate to keep control, so it is about time we realize this. We are better than this and we need to show ourselves for who we really are. Strong, loving people who care for themselves, think for themselves and act accordingly. Be all that you can be.
